Jesus' teachings on conflict fly in the face of every other paradigm in the world. In fact, the way he lived, the way he taught, and the way he died, all point to the same thing. Jesus dealt with conflict in a radical way and he invites us to do the same.

Jimmy Harris has been in full-time ministry since 1998 when he and two other families planted a Church in Post Falls Idaho. That Church Real Life Ministries has since planted 11 new independent Churches, and trained hundreds of pastors on how to use small groups to make disciples. Jimmy moved to Franklin Tennessee from Northern Idaho in 2011 and now is the Executive Pastor at Grace Chapel. Jimmy has a deep passion for equipping the Church, coaching pastors, and making disciples of Jesus. Jimmy and his wife Cassi have three sons, and they live in Spring Hill just outside Franklin Tennessee.
